Focus! Plain and simple focus!

4th

Now that I have your attention with that hot, hunk of a man picture, I bet it will be pretty hard for me to distract you. Why? Because that’s where all you’re focus and attention is riveted towards. Scruffy chisled face, guns that you’d like to chew on, a six pack a six-pack would be envious of, and of course nose pecs and nipples…WOOF! But I digress!

I posted that picture intentionally to drive home the truth of the quote that a good friend of mine shared on Facebook. Bryan who is the Supervising Producer, Social Media for Entertainment Tonight and The Insider, always has a way of moving forward at a very intentional pace to get what he desires for successful living.

We first met when I was on the Ricki Lake Show back in the fall of 2012! Other than the fact that Bryan was a cutie, I immediately connected with him on a “I get you, you get me level.” He’s warm, genuine, fun, and cute…but I already said that didn’t I! The point is, his essence is what drew me to stay connected to him over the past couple of years. Then, ironically on August 4th, my birthday, he posted the following quote on his timeline and I felt it like he’d posted it just for me on my birthday.

Take up one idea. Make that one idea your life – think of it, dream of it, live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success.”
Swami Vivekananda

The moment I read it, I started sharing it. It makes so much sense on so many levels. So now, the question I have for you is,

“What’s your one big idea for your life that you’re ready to focus on so that you can enjoy the sweet nectar of success?”
